Mitsubishi confirmed on Tuesday, 13, the arrival of the compact Mirage to the United States. Already marketed  in Japan and in some European markets, the model will have the mission to expand the sales of Japanese giant in the U.S. market. By 2014 it is expected to double the numbers from the current 55 000 to 100 000 vehicles sold per year.


Mitsubishi invests in new models to grow back and not have the same fate as the Suzuki U.S. ( read more here ). Beyond the Mirage, the brand focuses on the new generation Outlander and the expansion of the factory in Illinois, where he is currently done Outlander Sport, our known ASX.
